A typical week as a developer might involve

• Start your day with a free breakfast and then off to stand up
• Pair with your teammates, expand your knowledge and write high-quality, tested, maintainable code
• Work on our SaaS trading platform and help us deliver new features and improvements in regular release cycles
• Pop to Spitalfields Market for lunch or go to a “lunch & learn”
• Come across a showstopper, figure out as a team what to do, run some whiteboard design sessions (realising you've used a permanent marker, slowly back away to your desk)
• Help improve our platform further by scaling to meet latency requirements
• Discuss and design architecture in team planning
• Collaborate with other teams at sprint snapshots and engage in technical discussions in brown bag sessions
