A leading Agency in Central Manchester is looking for an IT Support Engineer with a true passion for IT and Technology, excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to deal with both technical and non-technical audiences.
This is an internal IT role, not a Managed Service Provider - its a hands-on IT Support role, where you will be the main Point of Contact for all on-site IT problems.
I am keen on speaking to candidate who can show:
** Experience with Windows Desktop / Laptops and some Apple Mac skills
** Active Directory and Citrix (desirable)
** Office 365 user support
** Exceptional customer service skills, and communication skills, both written and verbal
** Strong problem-solving skills, able to work both in a team and individually
Starting salary up to £30k depending on experience, get in touch for an IMMEDIATE interview.
