What sort of experience will the right Lead Developer have?
- Experience with Python, and ideally at least one other development language.
- Exposure to Solution Architecture - designing and building systems from scratch.
- Good stakeholder management - you'll have had experience dealing with senior stakeholders in a B2B setting.
- Experience dealing with highly complex applications that rely heavily on integrations.
