My client, a well-established global Capital Markets technology company, is hiring in their Parsippany, NJ office for a Linux System Test Engineer on a 6-month contract at up to $60 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a critical technology function in a well established and steadily growing company. The role focuses on Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing for Linux Systems and the team is moving toward more of a DevOps and Automation model.

To be successful in this role you should have a strong background working with Linux Systems and troubleshooting, in order to help develop and execute test cases. A market-leading Investment Bank based in the City of London is looking to hire a talented Network Engineer with a background in automation, orchestration in a devops environment.

Daily responsibilities will include: participating in the planning, coordination and implementation of network automation and orchestration. The successful candidate will be working at CCIE level and should have previous financial services experience.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skill-set:

  • CCNP / CCIE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a network administrator or operator is required.

  • Experience documenting and maintaining networks at scale is required.

  • Hands on experience in a multi-vendor environment (ie. Cisco, Arista, F5, etc.) is required.

  • Experience dealing with financial exchanges or brokers/banks is highly preferred.
