My client, a top hedge fund, is hiring for a Telecommunications Engineer specializing in Cisco Unified Communications Manager to join their Chicago office.

Candidates should have experience with CallManager, Unity, and Emergency Responder clusters, Turret systems (IPC, BT, or IPTrade), Voice Recording (NICE, Verint, Verba, or RedBox), Telecommunications and Conferencing technologies (SIP, ISDN PRI, RTP, WebRTC, Enhanced 911 routing, MGCP and H323), desktop systems (soft phones, messaging, and conferencing using APIs), scripting in Python and Perl, experience with UCaaS (Webex, Teams, RingCentral, Zoom), CCaas (Five9, 8x8, Twillio), Video conferencing (Cisco, Telepresence, Webex, polycom codecs processors, switchers, DSPs), and strong documentation abilities.
