Workflow Consultant/Technical Consultant/SQL/Workflow/C#/London
A leading professional services software consultancy in London are looking to hire a workflow consultant on a permanent basis.
Working with the firm's Expert software package, this primarily development position provides high quality technical consulting services and workflow customisation. A client facing element is key to this role i.e. training, specification definition and handover so the successful candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

·Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the confidence to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical clients
·Organised, with a methodical approach to problem solving
·Strong results focus and ability to work to and deliver to strict deadlines
·Ability to assess and manage risk, implementing appropriate plans and actions
Main responsibilities will include:
- Gather process and business information
- Prepare appropriate documentation and specifications
- Encapsulate the requirement in a workflow process
- Implement requirements in our custom workflow environment
- Training client staff in implementing or using workflows, or other technical aspects
- Scoping the requirement with the client
- Planning and designing
- End to end construction (workflows, field and screen changes, interfaces, integration with 3rdparty products e.g. document management systems).
