I am currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst for a successful organisation based in Wednesbury. The Application Support Analyst will provide support to the business with ERP, CRM, Warehousing, EDI and finance systems.

The Application Support Analyst will implement product updates, complete end to end Process Documentation and train new users on internal applications. You will support the business in finding ways for the business systems to improve and assist in testing of new software developments, liaising with product suppliers and customers.

Someone with a "can do" attitude and has an interest in Software Development or Application Support.
