My client a leading Financial services company is looking for a Data Analytics Team Lead to help drive innovation across the business. IN this role you will be managing onshore, near shore and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive innovation through
• Oversee the technologies, tools and techniques used within the team.
• Ensure that development standards, policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Drive change to implement efficient and effective strategies
• Develop and implement development standards and principles to aid in the development of high-quality software. Ensure that all Engineers within the team understand and follow existing IT standards.

Experience needed:

• Good hands-on experience of T-SQL/ DAX/ MDX/ C#/ PowerShell/ SSIS
• Data Warehousing on SQL Server (preferably 2016) including SSIS/ SSRS/ SSAS (Tabular)
• Good working knowledge of data modelling using ERD/ UML
• Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services - code, release, and work item management
• Power BI
• Manage Off shore and Near shore teams

Paying £450per PAYE.

You must be able to work to key deadlines and to the quality expected. You will play a major part in delivering the best output possible, primarily focusing on:

* Working with the business to gain requirements in order to understand changes that must be made to the application

* Participating in requirements gathering sessions

* Taking the tasks assigned to you, and configuring the solution to the required business needs

The must-have skills are:

* Methodical & detail-oriented

* Technically Minded and Business Focussed
