We're looking for .NET Developer who are ambitious about building a quality service which brings delight to their users. .NET Developer should be experienced in: .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C# and SQL Server. You will be trained in all aspects of: .NET Core 3.1, JavaScript, React, Angular 6, Microservices, MongoDB, Vue.js, TypeScript, Azure, AWS, Web API 2, Entity Framework, Node.js, Elasticsearch, Agile, TDD, BDD, Scrum, Kanban and SQL Server 2019. Top performers can expect to receive their first promotion (and pay rise) within 6 months.

The ICT department is at the start of a substantial and rewarding journey to transform ICT within the Fire Service and as a result we have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Software Developer to join the ICT team.

This is a varied and interesting role, supporting the ICT team with the transformational change projects and maintaining existing ICT investments in Hardware, Software, Services, Network Infrastructure and Security systems.

  • To employ software development strategies, unit testing solutions, release procedures, source code repository and version control solutions.
  • Ability to effectively understand new ICT systems and technologies, including keeping abreast of emerging technologies.
