Situation

A friendly electronic equipment company which has been operating since 1992. Responsible for designing and manufacturing their own brand of test equipment, with 90% being exported to multi-national customers. The company are looking for an enthusiastic Engineer to join the development team and be instrumental in creating their next generation of products.

The Role

Reporting to the company directors, you will be involved with the design and development of new relay and filtered connector test equipment, along with supporting and enhancing the broad range of existing products.

With IOT being a current hot topic; the company are looking to move their products away from their current Windows based system and embrace other platforms and solutions such as Android, Linux, cloud technology, mobile applications, touchscreen and embedded platforms, creating a truly own unique range of devices.

As the current products are generally a mixture of hardware and software, you will also have the opportunity to assist like minded engineers in the deployment of turn key solutions.
