As the Senior Developer will be joining a small team with a remit to design, build and implement a brand-new messaging system that connects all areas of the broking business from pre-trade front office teams to post trade and settlements. This is a high-profile project that will offer maximum exposure to all aspects of the trading business, creating the messaging infrastructure and building the APIs for the teams to connect.

To be considered for the Senior Developer role, you should have:

• Strong experience in Java with some exposure to C++
• Good Linux knowledge
• Experience with messaging systems (Solace, 29West, Tibco)
• Good SQL knowledge
• Finance experience is not essential for this role
