  • Gathering reporting requirements and creating reports/dashboards using Bl reporting tool whilst ensuring information is reconciled and accurate.
  • Ensuring data synchronisation is being performed successfully along with data integrity.
  • Quality and working with third parties to resolve any issues.
  • Understanding of data structures from core broking system (Open TWINS).
  • Developing and producing management information reports for areas of the client.
  • Producing documentation for users and on-going internal support.
  • Facilitating User Acceptance Testing and logging issues where necessary.
  • Assistance with user support and providing training to non-technical users.
  • Co-ordinating activities with divisional team members to ensure operational and management information is readily available.
  • Accurate and timely preparation of daily and monthly reports and service the need for ad hoc reports when required.
  • Ability to create insightful, visual and tabular based dashboards
  • Interpret and analyse data to identify key metrics.
  • To liaise with internal and external auditors to supply requested reports and explain their findings.
