United Response are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Reconciliation Analyst to join our Sales Ledger team.
This forms part of the wider finance department, based within our Head Office in central Wimbledon currently, moving to East Croydon in June 2020.

About the Role:
The post holder will be responsible for coding and posting of BACS remittances on a daily basis to the Sales Ledger finance system and the maintenance of cash allocations and reconciliations of accounts.
Work closely with the Credit Control team to maximise cash collection by ensuring that all accounts are fully reconciled and followed up on queries to make sure they are resolved in a timely manner and escalate issues where appropriate.
All un-allocated cash and over payments are managed and reported promptly.
Complete funder reconciliation using excel on a monthly basis.
Ensuring all data processed are accurate and of a high standard, follow the departments’ processes and procedures to validate information and obtain approval where concerned.
Essential requirement:
- Ability to work meticulously and accurately when handling large quantities of data and pay attention to detail and identify errors in data.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Be able to prioritise effectively and manage time to ensure work is completed within deadlines
- Flexible and friendly with a can do approach.
- Advanced excel is a must.
- Looking for someone with minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or sales ledger and is very good at reconciliation work.
