A Global tech firm based in Basingstoke is looking got a Head of IT Operations for their UK & EU Services Platform team. This is a reputable client offering the opportunity to work with them to deliver operational excellence.

Your new role

You will be tasked with working as the main point of contact for the services platforms across UK and EU. You will be driving the operational ability of the team and managing bespoke service delivery for the client's customers. • Proven ability to resolve complex management / support issues

Your new role will be to set up & lead the End to End automation Testing for their new applications using your technical expertise. They have currently taken on a new client who they have the privilege of creating a brand new platform for them. The role will involve a mixture of on-site and off-site working and will be automating test scripts to run over night but also within an Agile environment. You will need to be an evangelist for everything Agile and be confident and competent in providing hands on technical support when required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience within the following:

• Leading a team within an Agile environment
• Be competent / have good understanding of the Jira framework
• If you have a good understanding of the following tech stacks would be desirable but not essential: Jenkins, .NET or C#
• Be proficient in communicating to stakeholders and non-technical members of staff
• Happy to work on-site when required
• Have a proven background working as a Technical Test Lead
• Familiar with DevOps processes & procedures.
