You will be expected to lead the development and progression of customer environment improvements delivering continuous improvements to a wide range of clients, both overseeing improvements delivered by 3rd parties and implementing themselves. As a customer, facing role excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
Essential Skills & Experience:
·Proven track record with designing and implementing system upgrades
·Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
·Strong design implementation of VMWare and HyperV/Azure Cloud/ XenApp and XenDesktop
·Experience in providing in-depth Infrastructure support to a growing client base.
·A strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and associated Microsoft technologies.
·Experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x solutions in a highly available configuration.
·Experience deploying Microsoft Azure and O365 solutions.
·Knowledge working within an ITIL framework
Desirable:
·Microsoft Systems Centre 2012, Exchange and SQL experience.
·Familiarisation of Storage Area Networks and Fabric technologies
