Market And Data Analyst

Location: Milton Keynes

Due to our continued success as one of the country's leading suppliers of heavy commercial vehicles we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Market And Data Analyst to join the team based at our Milton Keynes Office.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

- Publish and circulate standard weekly/monthly reports
- Create BI reports for users
- Manage changes to our database of companies and contacts
- Maintain our vehicle Parc database
- Checking daily jobs have processed and new records have been created (Accounts, Contacts, Vehicles, New Sales Quotes/Orders, etc.)
- Checking whether Mobile CRM is up and running. If not, investigate and resolve issue
- If any other CRM issues, log onto each of the 9 x CRM servers and check all are up and running, including all required services on each server
- Monitoring CRM system emails throughout the day. If any failures, check on the system's email router, restart/reset if required
- Checking newly created Autoline Account and Contact records for data quality and duplicates. Update LTD company info, etc
- Manage CRM user licences. Add/Remove users, recycle licences, request new licences if required and recharge for cost
- Product Management to include competitor analysis and working alongside Sales to generate information for sale executives
- Analysis of data to give informed decisions on marketing and sales strategies
- General administration within the department

The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post

Candidate Requirements

Education and/or Experience

- Experience of working within an office / administrative environment
- Experience with databases, data extraction and reporting

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Good keyboard skills, accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a varied workload
- Ability to work without supervision and to use time efficiently
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and pro-active attitude
- Some experience of SQL an advantage but not essential

DEVELOPMENT Opportunity

- Training to obtain Microsoft SQL at Intermediate level
- Gain experience and training with databases, data extraction and reporting
