Due to our recent global expansion, we are looking for an experienced, reliable individual to join us as the new Head of Business Systems.

The Head of Business Systems role:

  • Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles and permissions etc
  • Prioritisation of work to address any tickets/bugs within Salesforce and working with the 3rd party support team to ensure problems are resolved
  • Work on projects such as developing new functions while updating and improving existing features
  • Configuration of changes to the system including managing workflow rules, formula fields, customisation of objects, fields, triggers, record types, page layouts and validations
  • Working with various partners to make continual improvements to the system based on new requirements and user feedback
  • Working with 3rd party delivery partners to support project delivery
  • Attending project meetings when required, to gain or impart knowledge on the current status of projects and to document details
  • Assess business requirements with key stakeholders and elaborate appropriate solutions
  • Continually look to automate tasks and processes in the business.

Essential Skills:

  • Salesforce certs - Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 301)
  • Demonstrable experience of working with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning

Experience:

  • Good awareness of the Salesforce ecosystem and associated technologies
  • Providing technical process documentation to supplement specifications
  • 2+ year experience as a Salesforce administrator in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt communication to different levels of the hierarchy
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality expectation

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with 3rd party applications (NewVoiceMedia, Nintex (Drawloop), Spinify, Youreka)
  • Familiarity with Apex
  • Ability to manage a team of offshore 3rd party administrators and developers
  • Knowledge of database structures
  • Knowledge / experience of GDPR

Our client based in London are looking for an Application Developer.

The successful candidate will be able to design, build, validate and maintain web applications / databases to support clinical trials, you will develop your experience with Java web-based programming and Oracle Database in a healthcare setting. The post holder should have experience of designing, building and maintaining databases such as Oracle or other similar relational databases together with good Java programming skills. They should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, be competent in MS Office and MS Project as well as have good communication and organisational skills. Experience of using Unix-based computing and knowledge of research governance and GCP would be advantageous.

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent level of professional qualification in the subject area, evidence of continuous professional development and an in depth understanding of the application of Clinical Trials Applications Developer environment. Additional specialist knowledge would be an advantage. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all staff at all levels and across organisational boundaries are also essential.

The role

The client is looking for a SAP Basis Consultant 3 Month period in the City Centre of Birmingham.

What you will be doing

The Basis Consultant will work closely with other IT&D teams and subject matter experts and suppliers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To provide operational support, carry out performance tuning, diagnostic and troubleshooting for system and application issues.
  • carry out SAP upgrades, patching and database maintenance.
  • Support and provide guidance to teams in infrastructure and Data Centre on SAP best practice.
  • To ensure the SAP based systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment. This includes assisting with the configuration and maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recover SAP solutions.
  • To liaise with managed services, SAP experts and business teams for BAU support and projects
  • Assist team of SAP technical consultants.
  • Assist with architecture design of the SAP systems


What you'll need to succeed

  • SAP Products: ECC 6.0, Web Application server, NetWeaver, CRM, PI/XI, BW, SRM, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, TDMS, MDM, SAP Strategy management, SAP content server, TREX, SAP HANA, Fiori, BPC, SAP Business One.
