BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

The Digital Delivery Team delivers Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies Digital strategy. The team is responsible for the end to end project/programme delivery including business change and technical implementation.

Applications are invited for the above post in the Digital Delivery Team at Norfolk Police Head Quarters.

It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:

  • Significant experience in project managing the full lifecycle of major organisational projects, with a track record of timely and successful implementation to budget.
  • BTECH/HNC qualification or equivalent or significant period of experience in an information technology environment.

About the Role

In this role you will work directly with technical delivery teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement in how they deliver consistently and regularly with shippable products released on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities

  • It is the duty of the Scrum Master to use their agile delivery skills to mentor and coach the delivery teams and squad members to define and achieve sprint goals/objectives

  • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding and capability to work within relevant ICT related standards including IITIL V3, ISO/IEC 38500, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 22301
  • Good customer service skills
  • Evidence of continual professional development to keep pace with technology and business change that meet defined SFIA V7 competencies.
