Overview

As a pre-sales engineer, you would spend most of your time with the sales team and data custodians at customer sites or via remote links. Your primary mission is to explain technical functionality to non-technical clients, making it simple and clear to understand. What you'll be doing

  • Together with the sales team manage multiple prospects to help with data extraction from their ERP system
  • Drive technical discussions with the prospect Finance/IT systems staff to talk through their technical needs/requirements

  • Analyse prospects data using FISCAL's forensics software

  • Responsible for technical handover between pre and post sales

We are looking for someone with

  • 2-5 years professional experience in a client facing role working in a pre-sale's capacity
  • Experience in extracting financial data from customers ERP/accounting systems
  • Experience in using Business intelligence tools
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and articulate technical concepts to clients with varying technical backgrounds
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to quickly resolve technical challenges
  • Good working knowledge data privacy and security measures

We have a client looking for a new member to join their IT Support Team.

Really interesting time for them and you as they’re going through a process to bring their Helpdesk back in-house, so you can help build and shape how the service is best placed to support their users.

Most of your time will be a blend of 1st and 2nd line problem solving, where you’ll get the chance to be hands-on with all the technical toys.

We have a client looking for a new member to join their IT Support Team.

Really interesting time for them and you as they’re going through a process to bring their Helpdesk back in-house, so you can help build and shape how the service is best placed to support their users.

Most of your time will be a blend of 1st and 2nd line problem solving, where you’ll get the chance to be hands-on with all the technical toys.

You’ll get access to training, both on the job and if required, external courses and certifications. In addition, the benefit of working closely with the Group IT Manager who will mentor and guide your career and professional development.

Be really useful if you can show experience gained in a similar Helpdesk role, supporting:

  • Office 365, Cloud and Infrastructure Technologies
  • Windows OS, Server and Desktop
  • Hardware build and support
  • Telco Support (Fixed and Mobile)
  • Familiar with Helpdesk Software (Knowledge of SysAid would be useful)
  • Remote Support and Network Tools
  • Any experience of supporting Sage accounting packages would be desirable, but not essential
