- Escalate technical issues when required 

Interested? 

To be considered as a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will need: 

- A strong technical understanding of Windows 
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills 
- The ability to work as part of a busy team and build positive relationships with customers 
- A proven analytical approach to troubleshooting 

Previous helpdesk and/or IT experience would be beneficial to your application, but this isn’t essential.
