A well-known, Coventry based IT Service Provider is looking for an Application Support Team Lead who is a strong manager and leader, and can, therefore, motivate teams to success, whilst also holding their own from a technical standpoint.
This requires an Application Support Analyst or Database Administrator who has moved into management.
To be a successful Application Support Team Lead in this organisation you will need:
- Proven technical knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle applications and database technologies
- Foundation knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Great leadership qualities, able to motivate, support train and mentor individuals and teams of people.
- Strong management credentials, able to coordinate workloads, management performance and professional development.
- Previous experience of being client facing or managing multiple 3rd party suppliers or vendors would also be of great benefit.
- ITIL Certified with evidence of delivering services in line with the framework, able to won and manage SLA's and KPI's.
