Overview

As an Data Analyst, you role is to collate, check, de-duplicate and merge daily/weekly data from client proprietary systems in csv/excel formats for accuracy, and input into the CRM data management system.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data and has an analytical mind and ultimatley someone who is looking for

Your new role

You will:

  • Produce & analyse management info/reports on a regular basis within agreed timeframes.
  • Offer support to the operation through the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases.
  • Identify trends & proposals to benefit the customer service and costs to the department.
  • Interpret & communicate factual & accurate findings to the management team.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.

In order to be considered for the role

  • Minimum of 2 years working as a Data Analyst
  • Knowledge and experience of SQL, Power Pivots and Microsoft packages (advanced Excel skills are essential).
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail.
  • Be able to communicate at all levels, having the confidence in your own analysis and recommendations given.
  • Logical thought process and the ability to solve problems quickly using your initiative in a pressurised environment.
  • Have an inquisitive mind and challenge processes to ensure we are putting customers first always. All successful applicants will be subject to criminal & credit checks in line with our Reference Policy. 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer Role summary:
