Full Stack Developer, C#, .NET, DOT NET, JavaScript, HTML, Mobile/Web Apps, London

Full Stack Developer (C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, UX/UI) required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London.

The successful applicant will work closely with the IT Business Relationship Management team, Architects, Solution designers and other IT teams to build and deliver a balanced portfolio of strategic and tactical digital and innovation projects. They will engage with suppliers, business stakeholders and team members to scope, plan and deliver new projects as well as supporting existing solutions through continuous improvement. Responsibilities

· Hands on full-stack developer, including strong Front End development capability and a good understanding of UX

· Management responsibility of a small team of developers and one UX/UI designer

· Work with the Solution Development management team to plan and schedule work, manage the pipeline and backlog and ensure optimum productivity across the team.

· Responsible for building, maintaining and supporting both enterprise and client facing applications

· Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers and Solution Designers to turn concepts into practical solutions for relevant business challenges

· Run software development using modern DevOps methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity

· Scan and leverage cross-industry trends in new and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science to apply in the context of accountancy and professional services

· Demonstrate creative flair and the ability to pay attention to detail

· Provide proactive maintenance on support issues to ensure that we deliver excellent customer service

· Act as technical point of contact when collaborating with external vendor partners and work with them to leverage their development capabilities

Requirements

· Proven track record of successfully building and delivering digital products (mobile and web apps and services) to market using agile methodologies.

· Technically excellent: Expert hands-on development skills for building mobile, web apps and services.

· Key development skillsets: C#, .NET platform, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions; Azure Logic Apps; Cosmos DB; Azure App Service; ARM templates), SharePoint and React

· Experience of hands-on technical management, development team lead and mentoring.

· Experience of Resource planning and work management.

· Experience of authentication, access and entity management technology using Azure AD

· Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure

· Experience with Office 365 including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online

· Experienced in agile software development - scrum master certified or equivalent

· Experience of application integration at the various levels application, application interface or data layer

· Experienced in modern DevOps methodologies and continuous integration using Git.

· Demonstrate a passion and good understanding of key new and emerging technologies and the ability to quickly learn new technology concepts

· Experience of test driven development desirable

· Demonstrate a good understanding of User Experience methodology and its importance in digital product development

· BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent with a required minimum of 6 years of applicable industry experience strongly preferred.

· Experience building fin-tech and reg-tech products advantageous
