What we’re looking for...

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and motivated Infrastructure Support Engineers who want to join a growing MSP with exciting career opportunities and progression with Microsoft certifications MCSA / MS + AZ Exams.

From day one you will be involved with Server and Infrastructure issues, accelerating your technical experience and pushing you to progress through the support team in senior roles.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience within a helpdesk role and can hit the ground running in a fast paced environment, coping well under pressure with a real drive to succeed. Acting when necessary as a mentor to fellow colleagues in your team, becoming a role model and setting high levels of customer service at all times.

• Exposure to a diverse mix and client solutions and multi vendor technologies

• Working across the very latest Cloud technologies.

• Managing all tickets logged

• Managing client communication

• Mix of Proactive and reactive incidents

• Building strong client relationships through excellent communication skills

• Work with internal departments to highlight client concerns and resolve incidents

• Enrol on a structured training plan to further develop career, moving to 2nd Line

• Ensure an effective assignment and escalation of incidents to level 2 and level 3 support teams

• You’ll be equipped with the latest in productivity and collaborative solutions designed to help you.

• Basic knowledge around IT server infrastructure

Responsibilities:

* Work as part of EMEA Sales Operations team, analysing business data based on the needs of the business.

* Prepare weekly forecast decks and provide ongoing updates on revenue/metrics.

* Be responsible for in-depth monitoring and tracking of the micro regions' business (e.g. SDFC hygiene, PODs without opportunities, booking reconciliation, forecasting).

* Managing the delivery of core planning processes (e.g. run health/quality checks on data).

* Master measurement tools to develop business insights and proposals on a needs basis.

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of professional experience

* Experience building and automating reporting dashboards.

* Strong experience in SQL, databases and database manipulation.

* Experience working with data to identify trends, patterns and to make recommendations in a client-facing environment (i.e. in consulting, digital marketing, business intelligence or banking).
