Website Manager - West London
£35k - £45k plus bonus plus benefits
Website Manager / Digital Coordinator / Website Executive / Content Management Specialist / Digital Executive is required on a permanent basis to take on this exciting opportunity based in West London ( near to Ealing, Acton, Brentford, Chiswick, Richmond, Kew )
This role is to take ownership of a significant number of websites, managing their continual improvement and the pipeline of work that is carried out by the Development team. This role will be the central contact and 'go to' person within the Business for all website related tasks/issues and to keep operations at peak capability . The onus will be on keeping the websites up to date whilst continuously enhancing the user experience, visitor numbers and outcomes for the Business.
Principle duties will include, but are not limited to :

* Evolving and improving the website network, using CMS platform and a wide variety of 3rd party integrations
* Prioritise and manage a pipeline of work with developers, digital marketers and stakeholders
* Support web users providing 2nd line support
* Become expert with Sitecore enterprise CMS platform
* Manage Google Tag Manager account
* Produce reports on performance , sales, customer feedback, the user journey

It is likely that the successful applicant will have upwards of 2 years experience in a closely related field. It would be of significant interest if applicants have experience in some of the following :

* An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server side code.
* Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO and web analysis tools.
* Application of best practice on the web
* Exposure to JIRA, Agile, or similar and Project Management experience.

An award winning Digital Creative Agency based in Liverpool are in the market for a Web Developer to join their team and are offering up to £25k DOE.

Joining an international company and reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible to develop and maintain websites that adhere to technical specifications and approved designs, using in-house content management system. As well as this you will also develop prototypes and creative solutions solving problems.

Ideal Skills Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience within a digital agency

My client, a software company in Thatcham, will be expanding their team by recruiting a 1st Line Support Specialist. This company work in an Agile scrum environment.

Full training in the products and technology stacks will be given, although you will have some technical knowledge perhaps from personal projects in your own time, or from a University Degree.

This position may suit someone who has come from a support related background, and has experience of supporting customers and clients within software and web based environments. This is a highly customer-orientated role; therefore you will need to have excellent communication skills.

The 1st Line Support Specialist will be reporting into the Support and Implementation Manager, taking calls from customers and clients, issuing tickets with queries, fixing small bugs, and escalating bigger issues onto the development team. You will be explaining how systems work; this could include screen-shares with customers and clients.

The successful 1st Line Support Specialist will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Experienced with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET 
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server including SQL Scripting
  • Excellent communication skills due to communicating with end clients and customers
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in maintaining servers/networks would be beneficial
