You will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of software development design principals and patterns, and have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as being an excellent communicator in general.

The new Lead Software Developer will also need experience in object orientated development, as well as knowledge or an understanding of agile development methodologies within an environment using Continuous Integration, and will need to have experience using developing systems that contain multiple components.
