What you would be doing:

  • Renewing existing customers across all allocated products and territories
  • Development and implementation of client sales plans for products and territories to meet your sales targets, via upselling and upgrading to existing clients.
  • Progression of Renewal Leads through the buying stage to move Renewal Leads and Renewal Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status.
  • Monitor the products clients purchase and identify opportunities for upsell
  • Increase renewal rates by value and volume
  • Work with our Client Services team to carry out activities throughout the client life-cycle and ensure the client receives an optimum level of service, including product onboarding and training with the support of client services.
  • Deliver client analytics to ensure our services are firmly embedded within our Client’s workflows

  • Ensuring your clients have signed contracts and orders are processed in line with the compliance criteria.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with your colleagues
  • Support our product development function by suggesting new ideas and garnering client feedback where appropriate and in the launch process of new products
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the key markets we operate in
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the product, and how it benefits key market sectors and differs from competitors.

REQUIREMENTS

What we are looking for:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • 2-3 years minimum of selling B2B deals in a telephone-based role
  • Excellent track record of sales and client management performance
  • Ideally experienced selling marketing solutions within the legal or professional services market
  • Excellent rapport building skills with existing clients
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experienced in using CRM systems
