Our client is a global Financial Services business and is looking for a DevOps Analyst to join on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing support related to the companies advanced Pensions system.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in a highly technical environment. Issues may be related to database performance, code defects, application configuration, networking, platform and hardware configuration, etc.
• Research and resolve internal and external user-reported issues related to a product or discipline.
• Use diagnostic tools and/or run tests to resolve problems quickly and accurately.
• Consults with and coordinates the efforts of other technicians to resolve stakeholder issues and questions in a timely manner
• Thoroughly document all cases and communications utilising a case tracking system
• Regularly update stakeholders on ongoing troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
• Document and report application defects to Development teams and influence change by way of software or procedural enhancement.
• Participates in technical training programs and self-directed learning.
• Will be responsible for application software delivery and troubleshoot failure of installations.

As the successful applicant you will have experience of Exchange 2013 On-Premise and Exchange in O365 in particular providing administration and 2nd/3rd line support and strong diagnosis and troubleshooting experience of Exchange for a wide range of issues.

You will be joining a small specialist team that manages a large portfolio of commercial applications. Additional tasks will include regular patching of server operating systems, application patches and upgrades, system configuration, documentation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues, supplier management and the provision of second-line end-user support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as an Exchange Administrator

• Experience of On-Premise and O365 Exchange environments
