A Systems and Reporting Analyst job for a growing business in Oldham, paying up to £30,000

Your new company
You will be working with a fast growing service and maintenance provider, servicing a variety of clients across the UK. You will be based in the Oldham office, and will support the finance manager and the wider business to create reporting solutions using SQ, particularly SSRS and PowerBI whilst also supporting various systems and applications.

Your new role
As a systems and reporting specialist, you will be responsible for creating new and amending existing SSRS reports, working with stored procedures and views, as well as setting up PowerBI reports across the business. This is a standalone role, working closely with the finance manager, but taking a lead on the BI reporting and systems for the organisation.

You will also support various applications, as well as being part of a new ERP system implementation. Previous support and responding to queries, as well as supporting applications will be a part of this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 1 to 2 years experience working in a systems role:
- Experience of working with SQL (Queries)
- Familiar with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics etc
- Supporting applications and systems
- Ability to work closely with various stakeholders within the business
- Exposure to SSRS and PowerBI

The Role

IT Helpdesk Administrator is the first point of contact when employees in London and other offices within the Europe/Russia/NIS region requires assistance in IT matters.   • Proven experience of managing and supporting telephony systems
  • At least 2 years’ proven IT support/ helpdesk experience within an office Proven experience of managing and supporting iphone / ipad
  • Windows Server / Desktop accredited
  • Proven experience of having used IT technology to improve business efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in working in a multicultural environment
  • Organisational skills - ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload
  • Proactive - Ability to work effectively unsupervised
  • Japanese language ability - basic reading and writing capability
  • Proven Helpdesk experience in medium/ large organisation
