  • Managing full lifecycle of client projects and being the primary client contact for technical subjects
  • Providing project management on larger, multi-dimensional projects

  • Pre-sales support to consultants and the sales teams including managing RFP/RFI responses
  • Training clients on installation and on-going support of advanced software products
  • Running technical workshops and architecting bespoke solutions
  • Being a knowledgably expert on our products and associated technologies
  • Upskilling and mentoring other Technical Consultants.

Skills:

  • Experience in a technical, client-facing role
  • understand, explain and develop complex IT architectures
  • An understanding of many of the technologies: IIS; MS SQL; Active Directory; Window Server; SOAP/ REST Web Services; COM; .Net; WCF
  • Ability to produce, and review technical documentation
  • Experience in managing client relationships within an EU setting
  • International experience

The role requires a good holistic understanding of the underlying business processes in use within the Manufacturing industry. This knowledge will help with the conception and design of appropriate solutions to various problems and requirements for improvement within the business. In some cases, the end product may simply be the re-configuration or re-implementation of existing functionality.
