We are looking for motivated, capable and ambitious candidates who are ready for the challenge of designing, developing, testing and supporting changes to our business' systems.

Objectives:
*Design, build, test and support changes and new systems
*Support feasibility discussions, provide assessments and estimates of effort to support the change process
*Assess gaps in functionality and suggest the most appropriate solution for given requirements
*Plan for and execute technical testing, support UAT and create deployment plans
*Work with the wider IT team to investigate and resolve application software incidents, and support the production of Root Cause Analysis documentation
*Creation and maintenance of accurate documentation
