You will become the Team Leader of our already well-established team of tech lovers who are passionate about their work. Utilising your industry expertise in development whilst combining this with the capability to create solutions you will lead developers throughout the process of our revolutionary platform. You will have to be in control of delivering the new product whilst upholding the current software. In return we will provide you with the opportunity to build on your own skills within the team and enforce your own ideas forward, whilst also progressing alongside our ever-expanding company. You will be responsible for conducting appraisals and one to ones.
