This large and well-established business are seeking smart developers to join their skilled technology team. You'll be working with market-leading technologies, in a relaxed environment, with a core focus on learning and progression.

The stack consists of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Visual Studio 2019, Azure DevOps, TypeScript, Node.js, Web APIs and a variety of JavaScript frameworks.

They build everything from complex core internal systems through to products that are sold externally. They're a modern development team - TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and pair programming is all in play.

This role would suit someone who's not a junior anymore but still has plenty to learn. You'll be happy working independently but will really value having experienced and intelligent people to mentor you.

People usually stick around here because of the learning options, range of work and strong pay progression. You'll run projects and mentor juniors, all with as much support as you need. You'll be a Senior in no time.

In return, you'll have access to Pluralsight courses, an MSDN subscription, time dedicated once a sprint to learning, knowledge sharing through presentations, creative freedom and the chance to lead on projects to anyone who wants it.

The office is modern and close to Crawley station. You'll have access to fast machines, digital projectors, plenty of social activities and great coffee!

You'll also work a 37.5 hour week but it's up to you how you take it. Want to squeeze it into four days and take every Friday off? No problem. Remote working options are available too.

They're offering a very competitive salary (£40,000 to £50,000), 25 days leave (plus bank hols and the option to buy more), a company bonus plan and plenty of flexible benefits to choose from.

Interested? Apply now to forward us your CV, Indeed or LinkedIn profile. The next stage will be an informal call where you'll be able to decide if it's for you.
