Your Job
You’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering ideas to production. As an Android specialist, you will help develop and maintain our mobile-based Marketplace and Enterprise Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience integrating with backend services and working closely with other engineers to define appropriate APIs. You will be working closely with Product and UX to improve the Syft ecosystem.

Desired Skills
- Experience with Kotlin, Testing, and ideally Material Design
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Able to design applications around natural user interfaces,
- Able to understand business requirements and translate them into small pieces that can be delivered and validated incrementally
- Experience with push notifications
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven methods
- Understanding of performance bottlenecks in modern Android apps
- Experience and understanding of how to represent data and solve problems in code: A computer science degree might be useful, but not required.
