Responsibilities and Duties


  • Actively engage and advise senior and C-level leadership, presenting our data and suggesting how to improve their software development processes. 

  • Collaborate with our clients to optimise and improve their performance then generate use case collateral to influence the full client base

  • Provide training at client sites and ensure active usage of the product and reporting

  • Provide in depth analysis and represent BlueOptima as a product expert 

  • Nurture existing enterprise clients for high retention and renewal, whilst identifying up-sell opportunities

  • Take a data-driven approach to customer usage and satisfaction data,using MS Excel

  • Ownership of multiple clients, maintaining your activities within our CRM

  • Excel at solving clients' issues, requiring in-depth understanding of the product

  • Coordinate commercial and legal documents with clients

  • Solve clients operational challenges whilst keeping strategic goals in mind



 

Qualifications and Skills 

You will have experience in a B2B environment and ideally in SaaS start-ups. Bachelors and/or Master’s degree.

Responsibilities will include:

This is primarily an outbound sales role, focused on lead generation in our fast-moving sales team. You will support Sales Managers  by handling incoming leads, and by proactively reaching out to prospects for our Enterprise offering. You will achieve that through B2B outbound phone calls, emails and events across multiple industry verticals and companies.

As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on:

  • Sales: Qualifying inbound leads for Sales Managers, and completing the sales cycle for SME prospects.
  • Prospecting: Identifying key markets to target and qualifying against our solution to determine fit for our Enterprise offering.
  • Cold outreach: Performing a number of daily outbound calls to generate client bookings, effectively pitching Trint’s solution and value proposition
  • Email Lead Generation: Creating a list of prospects and targeting via high volume outbound campaigns as well as individual targeted emails
  • CRM Maintenance: Data collection, maintenance of sales records and recording information on opportunities and prospects in Salesforce
  • Target Achievement: Achieve team and individual sales targets set by our Commercial Director.

Required skills:

This position is responsible for delivering high quality web based business applications following development best practice and security standards as well as providing 2nd and 3rd level support for those same applications. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our new Senior .NET Developer you will be welcomed into a team of brilliant developers, designers and project managers, where you will use your development experience, alongside your knowledge of C# / .NET / ASP.NET / ENTITY FRAMEWORK to help build and develop functional, captivating software advancements that are client friendly and effective. You will be working on a variety of short and long term projects with other exceptional professionals in a close and collaborative way which will require good communication skills, the ability to multitask and problem solve. You will also be working in an engaging environment with a strong focus on training and development, we proactively encourage our people to seek opportunities to expand their skills base and experience within the company.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • At least 5 years' experience working with .NET
  • Commercial experience with C# / .NET / ASP.NET / ENTITY FRAMEWORK
  • Worked with all levels of stakeholders
  • Exposure to the full software development lifecycle
