My client based in South Down is recruiting for a looking to recruit a BI Analyst Developer to join their expanding, highly skilled team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working with BI tools and creating end to end solutions from requirement gathering through to deployment, able to handle analysis and reporting developments using data collected from multiple sources.

You will have strong interpersonal skills who has the ability to lead initiatives on a daily basis, someone with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as first class oral and written communication skills.

The role requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking for their second or third job following at least two years commercial experience, who can balance the line between IT and the business requirements. The incumbent will report on data using reporting tools and ad-hoc queries and then analyse that data to find trends, and able to precisely report these to stakeholders.

You should have a skill set including the following:

• At least 2 years experience performing in a BI focused role
• Must have In-depth understanding of database modelling and management techniques
• Data visualization using PowerBI
• Must have in depth understanding of database model optimisation for query performance.
• Experience in ERP implementations
• Ability to create and maintain reports utilising SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Excellent Analysis skills – data analysis, requirements analysis, interfaces and system analysis
