We are urgently seeking a Technical Analyst to help support a wide range of technologies, including server, contact centre and mobile.

The main elements of the role will be:

Ensuring call queues are up to date.
Be responsible for assisting with maintenance of all technologies.
Assisting in managing internal and external ICT partners to ensure that implementation of any new technologies fits into existing services & infrastructure and is provisioned in a timely manner.

About the role:

The test analyst is responsible for the final step in the development of a website or any software change before being released to the public. Identifying flaws and weaknesses in the development will ensure a quicker, more robust turnaround of our digital offering. You will be testing software solutions to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements whilst adhering to customer delivery milestones.

The test analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. Working collaboratively with the business units and Agile development team to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Developing test frameworks from scratch
- Writing test cases and scripts
- Manual testing of the development within the CMS system, external development, communications produced in the system and regression.

About you:

To be successful for this position you must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar role. You must have experience of web testing.

You will need to have excellent verbal and written skills, be organised, manage time well, have strong attention to details and have experience of using Sitecore, XMLS, Java, JavaScript, PHP & SQL.
