We are now undertaking a project to upgrade our Salesforce system to improve business and allow for better efficiency. And such, we are recruiting for a Salesforce Developer who can also act as a Business Analyst for this project.

Your new role
You will be a part of the project team and play a key role in ensuring the existing Salesforce platform is maximised through gathering requirements from the clients, understanding the needs of the business and determining solutions. You will design and deliver technical solutions to a high-quality standard.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have strong experience within Salesforce and a strong understanding of its capabilities. You will have previous experience with client facing and liaising with stakeholders to determine suitable solutions. You will have worked within Agile environments on previous projects and the possess the skills to build and maintain productive relationships across the business.

    Head of Product Operations - Product Management

    Leading eCommerce technology business is going through a period of major growth and is now looking for an experienced Head of Product Operations to Head the newly established and evolving Product Operation function to drive the ongoing improvement of the Product Management function.

    The role will work with the product leadership team to enable their teams to improve and deliver a fantastic and world leading product to their clients and their customers. This role will lead Analytics, the overall Roadmap programme and a variety of cross-cutting initiatives. The role will require leadership of these, and potentially other, central functions which support their product and engineering streams which are deciding what they build given market and stakeholder inputs. Each of the product operations functions provide essential services which will need to evolve with their product portfolio.

    Role:

    • Ownership of the overall Technology Product Roadmap, the tooling and reporting
    • Ownership of their governance process to ensure they present a clear picture of what they plan to deliver to their senior stakeholders and clients
    • Responsibility for cross-cutting products or product initiatives to develop a product that is commercially attractive for their clients.
    • Line management of the product operations teams for roadmap, central analytics, programme leadership for cross-cutting initiatives, cross-stream project management
