This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BSc./BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems
  • Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages Java/JEE  
  • Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Leadership experience within an established agile team
  • Able to provide coaching and mentoring across the team
  • Experienced in Databases (SQL or no-SQL) technologies
  • Strong Agile development experience and practices
  • Knowledge of standard build and deployment tools
  • Understanding of devops model
  • Experience in automated testing and continuous integration
  • Microservices, cloud development experience is a plus
