The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate all existing and new contractors working through our European business for the full life of their contract including onboarding, monthly contract and timesheet management and demobilising. Responsibilities

There are three parts to the job. One is related to the care and management of our existing contract runners throughout their contract term. The second is onboarding all new contractors and the third is demobilising contractors following the end of their contract. You will work closely with the European, Uk and Operations teams to maintain a high level of service and care to our contractors before, during and after their contracts, you will report to the Global Operations Director:

1. Management and Care of Existing Contract Runners and Extensions -

Main point of contact for all existing contract runners throughout the full life cycle of their contract.

Management of monthly contractor timesheets and expense reports, ensuring timely receipt, accuracy and approval from line managers if required.

Training of contractors on process and also any systems used for timesheets, expense reports etc

Checking of invoices against timesheets before presenting to finance team for processing.

Ensuring all contractors are paid in a timely manner as per their contract

Explanation of any contract terms or requirements with support of legal and compliance team.

Act as liaison between client facing team and contractor to maintain quality or work delivery and both client and contractor satisfaction

Seek feedback from contractors on services and processes to continually improve the overall quality of the delivery of the Thomas Thor Service.

Maintain close contact with contractors, relevant recruiting team and legal team to facilitate extensions to contracts.

Build Global standards and best practice for Contractor Care and Management with colleagues throughout the company globally to build scalability.

Management of the different compliance partners in the jurisdictions in which we work.

1. Onboarding of all new contractors -

Compliant onboarding of contractors to client site including obtaining any necessary security clearances, compliance documentation, checking of relevant insurance.

Creating a repeatable and Scalable Process in the jurisdictions in which we work and for our varying client projects

Arranging Visas and Work Permits if required.

Working closely with Legal and Compliance team to ensure all documentation is signed and satisfactory for all parties.

Onboarding contractor with finance team and defining the monthly process requirements.

Support contractors with moves whether in country or internationally (including travel, accommodation, health care, bank, mobile phone, tax advisors, etc.).

Support contractor families if necessary to ensure a smooth transition for them to their new location.

Management of the Contractors Welcome Pack with the support of marketing (for modification or re-order) and sales teams (for delivery).

Build our global network of facilitators and enablers to support the onboarding process

Introduce the new contractor to the "TTA Contractor Community" globally and on his specific project.

Maintain (or create) up-to-date welcome brochure and documentation made available for all new contractors.

1. Demobilising Contractors

Compliant demobilising of contractors at end of contract, provide information regarding demobilising and moving to support the process.

  • Creates a data use and security awareness program to customize communication tools and campaigns for each business unit and services group
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of established enterprise master data across product and customer sources
  • Support and enable other IT and business teams responsible for management and support of master data
  • Understands the trade-offs required to manage the different levels of data risk tolerance and risk exposure across the organization and balance this with risk mitigation investment
  • Sets usage and access policies for information sharing on internal and external platforms
  • Understands the business view and develops mechanisms to proactively sense adoption and usage patterns of consumer technologies by end users, aligning policies with requirement.
