Job Description:

Develops knowledge of applications, vendors, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc.

Exposure to TFS build and deploy and Azure/AWS a plus.

Degree in a technical discipline or related experience preferred with a minimum 1-2 years application development

The Role

You will work through the full SDLC, participating in the design of new software applications, as well as implementing change requests against existing systems. You will debug complex systems, run unit testing for all code changes and provide a point of escalation for support issues. An eye for quality release management and delivery is essential. Changes are often driven by regulatory compliance changes - so experience interrogating and coding efficiently against complex databases is important to this role.

Good interpersonal skills are a must for this position as you may be liaising with users from Director level downwards. My client seeks "critical thinkers" who have both a flexible and adaptable approach to work coupled with a can-do attitude when approaching changes.
