Based in Cambridgeshire, the Lead Software Developer will be working with a company specialising in high-performance digital audio technology. Their audio equipment and instrumentation is used by recording, broadcast, TV and movie studios around the world!

As Lead Software Developer, you will be joining their audio development team, where you will help design cutting edge digital audio equipment and will get to work on a range of digital audio projects.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• C++, C#
• Windows, Mac OS X

Other skills of interest might include, bare metal embedded platforms, embedded firmware, real-time programming, device drivers and Linux/Yocto, JavaScript and DSP. Ideally, you will have a degree in electronics, computer software or audio technology, and experience within the industry. But more importantly you will be passionate about audio! Interested? • Backend (nodejs , expressjs, request, request-promise)

• Involvement in all areas of development and a broad range of technologies

• Influence which technologies the organisation ise

• Ensuring high performance and responsiveness of application

• Implementation of security and data protection solutions

• Work with the product and design teams to understand our customer needs and requirements, help formulate use cases

• Good problem solver, helping to identify solutions to difficult cases and help to deliver results to tight deadline

• Work with external data sources and API's

NICE TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Able to develop and grow within a new team

• Backend (nodejs , expressjs, request, request-promise)

• Good knowledge of back end programming language(s)

• Ability to make own decisions while working as part of a team

• Willing to work in a new environment where many decisions have still to be taken and where change is an ever present feature

• Exposure to Cloud Development AWS Amazon Web Services
