eLearning Content Developer

I am currently recruiting for a very exciting role to join a well-established company who pride themselves in providing a quality training that leads to measurable and tangible outputs. The role of eLearning content developer will be creating innovative eLearning, video and digital content. The role will be split between client projects and implementing internal projects both of which need to be delivered on time, within budget and to a very high standard.

You'll be responsible for managing resources and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of eLearning projects and for the continuous improvement and evolvement of eLearning technologies and approaches to ensure we remain leading edge.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Internal – Carrying out and implementing the eLearning strategy and initiatives
• External – Sell, manage and create eLearning programmes for our clients
• Proactively manage projects and act as a central point of contact for clients, internal staff, directors, and project team members throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects run to budget, on time and to a very high standard
• Contribute to and participate in the work of other project teams, particularly learning design
• Create eLearning storyboard concepts and ideas for internal and external clients
• Facilitate project meetings internally and with clients as required
• Create, write and co-ordinate professional, accurate and timely reports on the status of projects
• Ensure consistent and accurate administration of projects including:
a. Adherence to project schedules and delivery dates
b. Communication of project status to project stakeholders
C. Identifying risks and issues associated with projects
d. Use of appropriate documentation and procedures for ensuring the successful delivery of projects according to schedule and scope
e. Monitoring time recording of content development staff and producing regular management information as required
• Develop and update the e-Learning Strategy.
• Liaise and work closely with Projects to maximise opportunities for income to support e Learning development.
• Keep abreast of developments and advances in eLearning design, delivery, mobile and cloud technologies
• Manage staff, contractors and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Create processes and approaches to ensure eLearning can be developed and rolled out at scale
• Be able to source and select third party suppliers who will make up the eLearning team
• Provide contingency planning for projects
• Investigation and implementation of LMS systems for branded, non-branded and hybrid academy design
