Our client are seeking a full stack Java / JavaScript developer to engage with their public sector client on an initial 6 Months engagement.

Essential Experience:

• js and HAPI framework/rest APIs
• Java 11 Springboot and Dropwizard
• Jenkins and Git repositories
• Working with cloud based Microservices and docker

Further experience / skillset that would be desirable:

• Azure cloud services
• Azure SQL
• Apache PDF box
• Database knowledge - including code first approach
• Expert knowledge and experience with CI/CD and source code control
• Expert knowledge in Gitflow
• Expert knowledge in unit test, static code analysis
• Good knowledge of Junit, Mockito, Mocha and Sinon
• GDS experience
• Experience in integration with 3rd party applications and some experience of developing authorisation and authentication for apps is desirable
• Knowledge in DevOps
• Experience in integration of QA automation tools
