As the successful applicant you will have experience of Exchange 2013 On-Premise and Exchange in O365 in particular providing administration and 2nd/3rd line support and strong diagnosis and troubleshooting experience of Exchange for a wide range of issues.

You will be joining a small specialist team that manages a large portfolio of commercial applications. Additional tasks will include regular patching of server operating systems, application patches and upgrades, system configuration, documentation, diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex issues, supplier management and the provision of second-line end-user support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years as an Exchange Administrator

  • Experience of On-Premise and O365 Exchange environments

  • Good PowerShell knowledge and script writing

  • 2nd/3rd line support experience with Microsoft Exchange/Outlook

  • Previous involvement in Exchange to O365 migration would be advantageous
