Tasked with all aspects of Project and long-term Service Contract delivery, the successful Support Delivery Manager candidate will undertake a wide range of Key Account, Subcontract and Client Satisfaction management activities as well as creating and presenting monthly project financial status reports to the senior management team.

Additionally, as relationships continue to evolve and strengthen with customers, you will also be skilled in identifying potential additional opportunities that will benefit the client from the comprehensive product portfolio available and be able to influence commercially favourable buying decisions on a regular basis.

To be considered for this varied and challenging role it is envisaged that you will be able to demonstrate at least 3 years' experience in a technical or engineering key account management environment.

Areas of Experience and Expertise:

  • Proficient in but not limited to Flask framework, Databases (e.g. MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Postgres), SQL Alchemy, HTML and CSS; PYTest and Selenium.
  • Proficient in CI/CD
  • In depth experience of containerisation using Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Expert in cloud practices, preferably GCP or AWS
  • Practitioner of service-oriented architectures and micro-services.
  • Experienced in functional and non-functional testing
  • Experienced in information security, designing solutions and services with security controls embedded
  • Experienced in software delivery life-cycle within an Agile Team
  • Provide mentoring, guidance and technical leadership to other team members across multiple projects
