In light of increased market demand we are seekingto grow our Project Risk team and are seeking individuals with the drive,leadership and vision to help deliver our current portfolio of project riskadvisory and assurance engagements and help us develop this portfoliofurther. We are looking for highperforming professionals, from industry or practice, with experience inprojects and programme management or change audit. Successful candidates willget the opportunity to help us develop our market offering and the potential towork closely with a huge range of clients from the largest global financial servicescompanies to major corporates and smaller emerging players.

Responsibilities Senior Consultants or Managers willhave responsibility for:
- Delivering a wide range of client engagements which could include project management, project assurance/controls, project recovery, independent assessment and regulatory reviews, new technology assessments and project office setup
- Helping senior staff develop our Project Risk portfolio, by supporting business development, practice management and thought leadership activities
- A focus on gaining and sharing experience of various project management methods, tools and technologies for governance and risk management
- Running training activities to train other staff in project and programme management skills
- Monitoring market developments and keeping up to date with the latest technology and environment practices
- Supporting our other Technology and Digital Risk propositions
- Helping in efforts to target a wide range clients and to build client relationships
- Managing teams to deliver engagements
- Coordinating engagements and knowledge sharing across the wider Deloitte firm and internationally

Your Professional Experience To qualify for the role as SeniorConsultant/Manager you must have:
- Strong academics, including a minimum of 2.1 degree or equivalent
- Some experience of working on large projects or programmes, or within IT Change
- Experience of developing junior staff and mentoring team members
- Experience of building and managing relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, challenge the status quo and deliver effectively with what can often be ambiguous requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with report/proposal writing experience
- Experience of managing your own projects, budgets and teams
Strong technical abilities in IT andrisk methodologies and/or legal/regulatory experience would also be advantageous.
