PHP DEVELOPER - 3 Days a Week Work from Home - Near Waterlooville

Ownership and freedom. Bit contradictory, right?

Let me explain…

As this company embarks on their journey to bring all their dev work in-house and create new greenfield functions and features, you'll be able to takeownership of the code base and have the freedomto implement the right technology and practices.

The Dev Manager has created an open minded, laid back environment with an emphasis on taking time to do things right.

If you can make a good business case to use a certain technology or language on a project, Great! That's the way they'll develop it.

Short term there are 6 micro-services where the tech is largely undecided for you to get stuck in to. Long term there are AI, ML and natural speech recognition projects to enhance the core product.

After the companies in the UK over the past 4 years, they're now expanding to the US market. The Dev team will expand over the next year or so too, with opportunities for devs that are in at base level to grow into more senior positions.

You'll also get to choose your own kit. Whether you'd prefer a 32" 4K Screen or MacBook Pro its totally up to you. Whatever makes your life easier.

I can't imagine what would make this a better environment for Devs…

Oh yeah, you can work from home 3 days a week!
