The University of Reading is looking for a new member to join its CRM development and support team.

You will be asked to help in a variety of ways to support our wide user base accessing Dynamics 365 (CRM). From helping to deliver custom developments on its Dynamics 365 platform to guiding users on how to use new features.

You will have that unique blend of skills that allow you to build quality solutions in a CRM environment but understand that you also need to support the day-to-day production environment. A “can-do” way of thinking.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent experience in supporting a large user base of Dynamics CRM users.
  • Excellent experience of administering Microsoft Dynamics, preferably in a cloud based environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of hands-on development working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML5.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.

Essential skills and experience
* Experience of writing and executing functional and non-functional tests for web applications
* Experience generating test cases/scripts directly from UX/UI design specifications and style guides
* Experience testing responsively designed web applications across a wide variety of devices (mobile, tablet, desktop), platforms (iOS, Android, Windows etc.) and browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc.)
* Experience testing against W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard for accessibility compliance
* Experience testing responsive web applications built using the Bootstrap 3/4 framework
* Working knowledge of using and maintaining test plans and test suites within Microsoft Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps Server
* Experience testing using a wide variety of tools/techniques, including the use of automated testing
* Understanding of Continuous Deployment (CD) processes

Desirable skills and experience
* Experience using Katalon Studio and Selenium for automated testing
