As the Automation Test & Performance Specialist you will define the automation and performance testing strategies whilst providing technical expertise and guidance to the agile delivery teams.

You will enable the more frequent and higher quality software releases by ensuring teams have the insight and knowledge. You will seek to improve their processes and tooling through continuous research on new methods.

Key Skills & Experience required:

* Excellent experience of developing automation test tools : Selenium, Microfocus toolset(UFT & LoadRunner), JMeter, Cucumber & Gherkin.

* Testing of containerized solutions

* Test Driven & Behavior driven development in languages such as Java, .Net using C# 4.0 or higher

* Source control: Azure DevOps / Git

* Experience in setting up load generation (Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoTest, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps)

* Experience of scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) v5.0 would be an advantage

* Retail / Trade sector experience would be an advantage

In addition to this, the team also supports the Integrity application for Finance attestation, the Generic Interface Processes as well as the Data Reference Management tool.
